Payment Instructions: When we receive the payment we will post the item within 2 days of receiving it, GUARANTEED. We always obtain a proof of postage certificate, so if it doesn't arrive contact us and we will help in trying to trace it. But we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in the post. If this should happen, we will gladly forward you the proof of postage certificate, so you can send this along with proof of payment to Royal Mail to claim back compensation. If you do not agree with this, then please do not bid on any of our items, as we cannot control Royal Mail's staff.
When we know you have received it and feedback has been left, we will leave feedback for you.
