POLICIES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

PAYMENT:

• You will receive an email at auction end with check-out instructions
• All payments (that are not "immediate payment required") are due within 3 days of auction close
• If you provide an "unconfirmed address" via Paypal, we will cancel the order
• Maryland bidders must add 5.0% sales tax to their orders
• Checks (if accepted for this auction): Please allow 7-10 business days for the check to clear our account, before we ship your item.
• Cashier's Checks and Money Orders (if accepted for this auction - U.S. Customers Only)
• There is a RETURNED CHECK FEE OF $35.00 for any returned or bounced checks (Payable By Postal Money Order).
• If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase (Paypal) and 5 days of purchase (checks/money orders if accepted for this auction), without prior communication, we will file a "non-paying bidder" complaint with Ebay, discontinue the sale, and negative feedback may be posted.

SHIPPING: (WE DO NOT OFFER PICK-UP FOR THIS ITEM)

• Items will ship within 1-2 business days of payment, unless otherwise specified.
• We do offer COMBINED SHIPPING. Overall shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and not the number of items you purchase. We DO NOT charge an additional fee for "each additional item" added to the order. This means that several items could end up costing no to ship than a single item. This is often the case with lighter items.  You save lots of $$$.   
• If you order multiple items, allow us to send you an invoice (with adjusted shipping costs) before paying.
• We pack all shipments for MAXIMUM PROTECTION to minimize any damage in transit.
• We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Items purchased after 1PM on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
• We are not responsible for any postal lag time or delays, after we ship the item.
• We are not responsible for damage caused to the item after we ship it (insurance is recommended)
• We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit, after shipment (insurance is recommended)
• We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses - No exceptions.
• We can provide alternative shipping (Fex-Ex/UPS/Etc.) Buyer is responsible for any additional/increased shipping charge

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (if this auction is offered to Ebayers outside of U.S.):

• International shipping rates are higher than standard U.S. shipping rates. International buyers should contact us via email for information regarding international shipping rates and transit estimates if they are not listed in the ad or provided via shipping calculator in the ad.
• International shipments can take up to 14 days to arrive. Listed shipping durations apply to U.S. shipments.
• International buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees, brokerage fees, and/or taxes or other fees to be paid to couriers, their governments or any other parties. We are not responsible for these charges and have no information concerning them. We handle shipping from the U.S. only.
• We will not ship any international items as "gifts" or "special items" to help buyers avoid extra fees or taxes in their country. Please do not ask. We will decline.

LATE SHIPPING:

We do our best to ship items within 1-2 business days of payment, but occassionally, due to higher than normal order volume, personal issues, and/or unforseeable occurences, we may ship an item a day or more after the 2-day shipping deadline. In this case, we will upgrade the shipping type (example: from Parcel Post to Priority), extend a partial or full shipping refund (depending on the delay time), or include a Customer Service Courtesy Gift with your order. We Always Look Out For Our Customers!

RETURNS:   

• All items are sold "As Is" unless otherwise specified in the ad, and all sales are final. 
• For items listed as "New", and used electronic items, will accept returns if the item arrives defective or DOA (we test used items before shipping). Any problems must be reported to us within 3 days of item receipt for return eligibility. 
• In order for return requests to be processed, they will require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which will be provided by us prior to return shipping. The RA number must be clearly visible on the box with your full name and address. Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted. 
• Return shipping cost are the buyers sold responsibility. We do not cover return shipping costs.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it for authenticity and condition. If the item is defective, we will replace it with an identical item (if stock permits) and ship it back to you at our expense. We will offer a cash refund only if the returned item cannot be replaced.
• If you wish to return the item for general reasons (found a better deal, decided you didn't want it, etc.) that do not include defectiveness or DOA, a 20% restocking fee will apply. No exceptions.  

RETURNED ITEM CONDITION:

• The item must be returned in the exact same condition as shipped from our company (we photograph all items thoroughly and file them before shipment). We know the condition items are in at the time of shipment.
• Boxes, packing materials, instruction manuals, accessories, and any other items shipped by us with this item, must be present in the return shipment, and in their original condition, without markings, scrapes, blemishes, tape, folds or defacing.
• Items returned to us in poor or unsatisfactory condition, will not be exchanged or refunded, and the returned item will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS:

• We do not offer returns or refunds on DVDs, video games, CDs, Books, health products (ingestible or external use), clothing, software or "As Is" items.

WHEN ITEMS FAIL TO ARRIVE:

• In the very rare event that an item(s) does not arrive in the normal time span, please be patient, as shipping lag can occur due to high courier volume and other issues. If within 10 business days of item(s) estimated delivery, it does not arrive (to Buyer), we will issue a full refund (to Buyer) within 3 business days of the 10 business day waiting period. For Media Mail items the waiting period is 14 business days.
• Should the item(s) arrive AFTER a refund is issued, Buyer is required contact us immediately and return the item(s) to us, unopened and untampered with. However, Buyer may also contact us and request to reissue payment to us for the item(s), and keep the item(s).   

FEEDBACK/DISPUTES:

• If there is ever a problem with this item (damaged, defective, etc.) please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback or filing a claim or dispute (Ebay or Paypal) so that we may attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Unfair feedback and disputes will be defended vigorously.
• Once we ship an item, our control over it ends. We cannot be held responsible for lag time or transit delay as the courier is in control of that. We ask that you withhold feedback and claims until any shipping issues can be resolved.
• We cherish our reputation and will defend it vigorously against any Ebay/Internet Bully or Dishonest Buyer who attempts to defraud us or extort undue refunds or additional items from us with threats of negative feedback and/or dispute claims.
