This is a nude shimmer pigment. Sometimes purple, sometimes pink.

Primarily Pigments Cosmetic Pigments are not just eye shadows. They are a beautiful way to compliment and accentuate your eyes, lips, cheeks, and skin. Apply dry for a lighter color and apply wet for a more dramatic effect. They make great eyeliners too, wet or dry. These pigments are very concentrated, (not to be confused with mineral makeup.) There are shimmer pigments, metallic pigments, and matte pigments. More than one color can be used at a time blending to create a gradation on the lid. Each pot contains 3 grams of pigment which will last quite a long time because they are so concentrated. Well worth your money. Once you try these pigments you might never go back!

What are pigments? 
Pigments are highly concentrated loose color powders that adhere to the skin. They come in an excellent range of colors. These pigments do not streak or cake. Many people are fond of pigments and they are often collected.

How are pigments used? 
Pigments can be used as eye shadow, eyeliner, highlighter, lip color, as a blush, as a bronzer, and as a body shimmer. Create a beautiful shimmery effect on your skin by mixing with your favorite cream or lotion. Mix with lip gloss, mix with mascara, and even mix with hair gel or nail polish. Whatever use you can think of. Be creative!

What techniques are used to wear these pigments? 
They can be applied directly as is or you can mix with a drop of water or Visine forming a sort of paint which will create a more intense effect.
