NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Shipping Terms
We offer shipping to all United States via UPS or USPS. Unless an item is stated as having FREE SHIPPING, shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands may be higher than published in checkout, if that is the case, you will be contacted by someone in our staff with the correct shipping charges.
Shipping insurance is already included.
Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
Please allow up to 2 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
We do not deliver to International, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands.
You can combine shipment for several auctions to save on shipping costs. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed.
Sales Tax
A 8.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California. Final price includes products and packaging materials. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.
Buyer Feedback
PSSL will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, PSSL will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.

Return Terms If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PSSL, simply return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange. Please email weborders@pssl.com or call 1-714-891-5914, extension 8205 for a return authorization number. Re-pack the item in new condition. Please double box item including its original packaging (including all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Products in like new condition will receive an exchange or refund for the full merchandise value. On defective items, we will gladly pay the shipping charges to return it to us.
Return And Exchange Exceptions: No returns or exchanges on computers, Apple products, CD or DVD duplicators, clothing, lamps, bulbs, opened effects juice, gels, videos, cartridges, styluses, carpet, LPs, CDs, bulk-cable, blank cassettes and CDs, slipmats, software, microphones, headphones, mouth pieces or any other expendable supplies. No refunds on bubble, haze or fog machines or lighting. They may be exchanged for same or greater value of the same type of item. THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES! All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes, accessories and packaging, or they will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Any returns unclaimed for over 30 days will be discarded. Gear that has been rack mounted, damaged gear due to misuse and any product that looks used and cannot be re-sold as new, will automatically be evaluated for a minimum 25% restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
