Payments

     Domestic customers:

     Payment is expected within 10 days of purchase on all store items. Our prefered payment method for store items is Paypal. Paypal is accepted from United States bidders only with a confirmed address. We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.

     International customers:

     Payment is expected within 10 days of purchase on all items. We accept Paypal or money orders for International purchases.

Returns:

     Domestic customers:

     All items listed as new in our store carry a 100% money back guarantee of satisfaction unless otherwise specified in the item description. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to get a return authorization number. Put the return authorization number on the package and send it back to us. Please be sure to send the item back in it's original box with all paperwork and accessories or we will not be able to issue a refund. Item must not be damaged in any way (unless it was damaged while being shipped to us). Upon receipt of the item we will refund your purchase price of the item (buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways).

     All used items are sold as is with no implied warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated in the item description for that item.

     International Customers:

     All new and used items are sold as is. We do not accept returns from International customers due to the large costs involved for the customer. If you are not happy with an item you purchased from us please contact us and we will try to work out an alternative to make you happy.

Shipping:

     All items sold in the USA are shipped using either USPS priority mail, UPS, DHL or Fed Ex. DHL ground service is the default shipping method but 2nd day or next day service is available. All items with standard ground shipping are shipped within 3 to 7 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in description (usually 1 to 3 days but sometimes there are unavoidable delays). Of course 2nd day or next day orders will be processed immediately! Occasionally items may go on backorder or become no longer available (these items are also on display for sale in our retail store). This is rare but if this occurs you will be notified. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions or concerns.

     International packages are shipped using USPS Priority or Express International mail.  

     Combined shipping is always available on multiple purchases if the items can fit in the same box. After winning more than one item, please contact us so that we can apply the shipping discount for you. 

     All bidders agree to not hold us responsible for the use or misuse of any items purchased through our store or on our ebay auctions. If you do not agree with this policy please do not bid.
