REGULAR RATE per night: Only $135.00 per night plus tax during the months of May through October, 2009 for 2 people. You can book for as many available nights as you want at this great rate! A one time cleaning fee of $85.00 is added for 6 nights or less. 7 nights or more, no extra cleaning fee added. There are no other fees and parking is free.

BEAUTIFUL OCEANVIEW LUXURY MAUI CONDO, NEWLY REMODELED, HIGH END UPGRADES IN OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! What a fantastic time you will have in this 1 Br., newly decorated, second floor Maui Condo that sleeps 4 people! You won't want to leave! Queen size bed in bedroom, decorated with a palm tree theme and Full size Hawaiian print sleeper/sofa sleeps two in the living room. Everything's new from top to bottom. The full kitchen has all new appliances, full size fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, smooth surface cooktop, microwave/convection oven, granite countertop with slate backsplash! The shower is slate with polynesian pebbles and granite countertop sink. Tile floors throughout the unit! All new furnishings! We have Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom. Everything you need is provided so pack light! There is a blender for those tropical drinks on the lanai, toaster, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, linens provided, beach towels, washer/dryer, phone, DVD/CD player, two remote control ceiling fans and even sand toys for the little ones! Be one of the first to enjoy this NON Smoking oceanview unit. Watch whales in winter months and gorgeous sunsets all year round from the private 100 sq. ft. lanai. Tiki torches are lit at sunset. Beautifully landscaped grounds, tennis courts, private beach, large tiled swimming pool and private snorkeling area! Just minutes away from championship golf in Kapalua and Kaanapali and fantastic shopping at the Whaler's Village in Kaanapali or Lahaina. We are located at the beautiful ocean front Kuleana Resort on West Maui in the Kahana area. This is a NO Smoking Condo.

Regular Price is per night/2 people/during the months of May through October. One time cleaning fee is added for stays 6 nights or less ($85.00). I am also booking for other months ~ email any questions for future bookings. Winter rates are $155/night plus tax starting in November and running through April 2009. Christmas week is $160/night plus tax.

Hawaii tax of 12.25% will be added.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO or ON LANAI, PLEASE.

Payment due within 7 days after end of auction for bookings less than 60 days in advance. For bookings more than 60 days in advance, deposit of $250.00 is due within 7 days after end of auction. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Dates are guaranteed when payment or deposit is received.  Please keep in mind that when you are bidding on an Ebay auction, you are purchasing it and it can not be refunded. However, you may exchange your dates for any other available dates. Mahalo!

It was very pleasant at your place, you did a great job with the remodel.  I especially liked the bathroom.  I would like to recommend it to others looking for a one-bedroom.

Debi, We had an absolutely wonderful time! Your condo and all of the amenities were fabulous! It was cute, clean and comfy! We all slept really well! The beach was nice and the pool was nice as well! We hope to return next year!

We really enjoyed your unit and love the way you have decorated it and the re-model too. Weather was great and we do love the pool and grounds too. Nice to stay in a newly decorated unit this time. We will definitely continue to tell anyone we meet about your wonderful condo.  Even told my hairdresser about it today and at only around $100 per night.
