·  Items are sent out with 12-48 hours upon receipt of a cleared payment (not counting weekends or public holidays). Please note that we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels. We recommend registered post if you have had a problem before with missing mail. This also covers you to $100 value. Combined shipping is available at $1.50 per extra item for single DVD's, international orders and box sets are usually 50% off the lesser items postage costs. International buyers please allow longer for postage and beware that customs can delay things at times although this is rare.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Return Policy: If you receive a faulty item we will happily replace your DVD for you if we are notified within a reasonable time frame. If we state a DVD will play wordwide and it does not we will refund you.

• Feedback: Once you receive your order and leave positive feedback the same will automatically happen for you. If you have a problem with your purchase then please let us know and we will ensure a fair outcome. If negative feedback is left for us then we will not be helpful to you in resolving any problem.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept PayPal, Direct Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque. For residents outside of Australia we accept PayPal only. For internet transfers please put your eBay username as a reference. If you need to go into a bank I bank with ANZ and they only accept numbers in their branches for references, in this case put your postcode first, then the last 4 digits of the item number ie: if your postcode is 2153 and your item number 102456078462 then you would put 21538462. If you do not put any reference obviously your item will not be sent. Once you click the "Pay Now" button on the invoice you will then receive my bank details etc.
