We store the delivery confirmation numbers for every package we ship, and if USPS delivery records don’t show that the item is delivered in 20 days after shipment, we consider it a lost item, and we either refund your payment or ship a second item if available. We work faster than any insurance company! If USPS Database is showing that the package has been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for possibly lost packages. If you receive the item as damaged, our warranty policy already covers the loss. In this case, please contact us to get an RMA number for replacement. On the other hand, USPS Shipments rarely take longer than expected, and in that case, we do not want you to get stuck with the purchase you made, and offer full refund including s/h if the shipment takes more than 8 days, upon returning back the product without opening its package.
