All international shipping is split between Canada and Worldwide. We offer flat rate shipping for all international orders and it is based on weight.

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. However if the item does not function as advertised or is DOA we will replace the item or provide a full refund if we do not have anymore in stock.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on returned non defective items. Items that come in retail cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
You must request an RMA # and write it on the outside of the package for your return to be processed.
