normally ships in-stock orders on the same day or the next business day
after cleared payment received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
Domestic Orders
Items
will be ship via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Orders over
$80.00 will be ship via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
Transit time is approximately 4-9 business days
International Orders
Items will be ship via Airmail. Transit time is approximately 9-19 business days
Order Processing Time
BestCellBuy
requires up to 2 business days to process your order. If you're paying
by e-check using PayPal, your payment may be on hold for up to 9
business days, your order cannot be processed until the payment is
cleared through PayPal, you will be notified about the hold.
Shipping Address Requirements
Your

confirmed address. For your protection, we are unable to ship to
alternate addresses. We are also unable to change the address after

30 Days Money Back Guarantee
BestCellBuy
offers a 30 days (from date of shipment) return and exchange policy. If
you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return them
within 30 days for a full price refund (Shipping cost is not
refundable) or for an exchange.
All
returns must be pre-approved by Emailing to our RMA Department (Return
Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please provide the
buyer's Ebay ID and item number and a description of the issue. Not
providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns
process.
Once
your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business
days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s).
The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must
re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with
all components, materials and documentation. Please write the RMA
number on the outside of the box.
We
will ship the replacement once we have received and processed the
returned item(s). If you request for a refund, we will notify you via
Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned
item(s). All refunds will be limited to and based on the CURRENT price
of the item minus any restocking fees.
All
shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return
shipping back to BestCellBuy. By initiating the RMA process customers
agrees to all decisions by the BestCellBuy RMA Department and all
decisions are final. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your
credit to be posted to your account.
