Purchasing Multiple Items? PLEASE READ!  If you purchase multiple items please do not pay until all of your items are showing up in the checkout system. If you buy more than one item and pay for it and then buy additional items the discounts WILL NOT be applied, and you will have to pay full shipping again for the additional items. Multiple item discounts only apply to items paid for in one single payment at the same time. If all of your items do not show up in the checkout system after 1 hour of the auction ending please contact us to address the issue before you pay. We cannot help you if you fail to follow these instructions.

Shipping

Most items are packaged and shipped with 48 hours.

Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable.

Shipping insurance is available as an option at checkout.

All delivery times are "estimates" given to us by the US Postal Service. Transit times can vary. This is especially true with international shipments. Customs can, and does cause delays on cross-border shipments.

Damaged Items & Returns

In Most cases, a dinged package does not mean that your products have been damaged. If after opening and inspecting your package you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return.

We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition.

If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of recieving a simular item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available.

To process your return please obtain prior return authorizationfrom us via email or telephone Ubefore mailing your item backU. Please include your full name, ebay id, original item number, and your return shipping address along with the item to be returned.

If for any reason you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, we will need the item returned to us. After the customer returns the item, we will ship the correct item immediately and reimburse the shipping costs at the USPS First Class or Media Rate only.

We cannot ship the correct item until the other is returned. We will not take returns on opened games! If you recieve a game in error and open it, we will not accept it as a return!

Conditions

Attenion Non-Paying Buyers:
If no payment has been recieved within the 10 day time frame we reserve the right to re-list the non-paid item and file a non-paying buyer alert to recover our fees with eBay.Not completing a sale can get your eBay account suspended, so please do not commit to buy unless you can pay within the 10 day time frame.

Insurance Claims
We strive to make your purchase an easy and fun experience. In some instances problems do occur with the delivery of packages. When you purchase from us you are covered by our shipping insurance. We require all of out customers to purchase loss and damage insurance. If something goes wrong, and your item has not arrived within (30 days for US orders) & (60 Days for International) from the shipping date, we will quickly replace the item with another one free of charge. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be issued. Tracking numbers (available on US orders only) will be used to verify delivery of your items. By purchasing from us you agree to be charged the insurance fees detailed in this auction listing under our terms & conditions section.

All of our games are NTSC format unless otherwise stated in the auction. They are intended to work with USA, Canadian, and South American system, and that you are able to play NTSC games on your gaming console.
