 IT HAS A WORKING ZIPPER FRONT WITH A HOOD AND PLASTIC SNAPS ON THE SLEEVES.

IT DOES HAVE A FEW ISSUES AS SHOWN IN PICTURES AND LISTED BELOW:

HOOD IS MISSING DRAWSTRING AND IS TORN AS SHOWN IN PICTURE, NO MISSING PIECES

IT HAS DIRTY PLACES AS SHOWN IN PICTURE IN SEVERAL PLACES

IT IS TORN AROUND THE BRAD THAT HOLDS THE ZIPPER IN, BUT IS NOT MISSING ANY PIECES.

OVERALL IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION

THIS IS NOT FOR A MINT COLLECTOR.

IT WILL STILL DISPLAY WELL, IF YOU ARE A RANGERS FAN OR A DECKER HOT DOG COLLECTOR.
