OILILY TWIXY RED & WHITE CHECKS FLARE SKIRT NWT 6 116

Here's another nice skirt from the OILILY boutique, size 6 or 116. It's made with 100% cotton. It has an elastic waist and red silky ribbon going all the way around. There are two sizes of red and white checkered pattern. The larger check is around the waist and on the center front and back. It's done with many pieces of cloth stitched together with added rows of ruffled cloth here and there. The fabric is gathered at each level, giving it a really full flare. It has an embroidered appliqued black and white butterfly and a red white and blue ribbon on the lower left front. It's 18" around the waist, unstretched, and 15" long.
