HERE IS AN OLD EMERSON ELECTRIC FAN. IT IS VERY OLD. THE CAGE IS 17 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND 7 INCHES DEEP. I PLUG IT IN AND IT DID NOT DO A THING UNTILL I MOVED IT THEN THE BLADES TURNED FOR A SECOND OR TWO BUT IT MADE NO NOISE AT ALL.  PLEASE SEE PICTURES AND ASK QUESTIONS FOR DETAILS.
