Very sweet wooden windmill candle pyramid is the perfect addition to a classic holiday celebration.
This rare unique little one tier carousel measures 10 inches tall x 6.5" x 6.5 inches square. The fans measure 8 inches across.
Chipped paint on some of the hand carved people and there is some repair on the area where the little lamb is, it has been repainted there.
This comes with 7 candles and a box. There are old burn marks on the fans, and these candles should be tested for height, they may need to be cut shorter.
The rod spins in a curved beautiful solid red glass piece. It does have a crack down the center but it still works. It has been glued and it's stuck. I didn't try to pull it apart so I don't know what with or how long it will stay together. It's split all the way through. If I was keeping this piece I would put glue in the hole and put this in to secure it permanently.
One of the fans has was replaced and someone along the way glued the others in and you can see the glue. There is crazing to the yellow spinning disk, where the people and lamb are glued on.
Rare to find one in this condition and in this style, most are the same design.
This appears to have real copper lined candle cups and they are in nice condition.
