Up for auction and your consideration a 1928, Maytag 3/4 H.P. model # 92, single cylinder, 2 cycle hit and miss engine. It has been completely dismantled and refurbished with all internal parts in excellent condition. It has been stripped to the bare metal and reassembled with new paint, Decals, Spark plug and oak base. It usually starts after a couple kicks and runs great! It can be seen running by clicking on the below web link. If you have ever wanted one of these engines and do not have the time to restore one, this one is ready to go and show. These engines were made to run old Maytag ringer washing machines before electric spanned across America. They have also be used to run fans, meat grinders, metal grinders, bicycles, ice-cream makers, go carts and much more. The black v-pulley is not original however, it looks great and works well on the engine.
