This is some sort of old sugical tool in the original box case. Has a nice label in the inside that reads "Chas. Willms Surg'l Inst. Co. Manf. of Surg'l Inst. Baltimore, MD.". Tool consists of glass vials and hardened plastic tubes etc.. You got me, I have no idea what it is. It dates from the 1890s-1910s. In fairly good condition for its' age. One of the glass vials has a broken piece and the case has natural wear. Case measures 10" by 5" and is 3" tall. It has a leather carrying handle. Weird neat old surgical tool with label would be a nice addition to your collection.
