OLD VINTAGE PAPER DOLL - NEWSPAPER CUT-OUT DOLL - eBay (item 200222836184 end time May-16-08 02:02:34 PDT)

TYPE: Up for auction is an old newspaper paper doll. It was found in an 1881 book. Date of doll is uncertain but it has to be earlier than 1910. One side has newspaper advertising and print. It looks like a horoscope was also there with the date of August 11, 1865. I don’t know if that date could possibly be the date of the paper or not. The doll was cut out in two pieces, the dress and the head. Then they were folded over so that there is a front and back to the doll. The head was inserted at the top and can move.

SIZE: 5 ½ Inches tall

CONDITION: Very Good - A Couple of fly specks are at the bottom of the dress on the front

I will accept returns on items if you are not happy with your purchase. I will gladly refund your money and half of the shipping cost to ship it. You will be responsible for return postage. If you are going to return items, you are required to email me within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned within 14 days. Items must be returned in same condition they were shipped. Insurance must have been purchased to cover damaged items.
