Greetings from the beautiful mountains of Vermont and welcome to my auction:  You will be bidding on a very nice older vintage trinket/jewelry box.  This is older hand carved .  The box is lined both top and bottom.  There is a small chip on one corner and some of the inlay is missing but for its age it is in good vintage condition.

The box measures 4" w x 2.5" tall and 6" wide.  This is from an Estate in New Hampshire and history is unknown.

This is an attractive wood box and carving is lovely. I am not sure of the wood used it is a reddish brown and seems to be a hard wood.  Brass hindges are strong and it closes securely.

 

 

Briefly -- I have a SMOKE & PET FREE home!  I scour the world over for the unique items sold here on Ebay. Once in awhile, I will get something from a smoker, or a pet owner! I ALWAYS do my best to describe the item to the best of my abilities.
