We ship the items using DHL (arriving 72 hs) and CORREO ARGENTINO Registered Airmail (arriving 8-12 business days). Both methods can be traced in their websites. We do our best to keep shipping fees at minimum! We ship worldwide! We are power sellers and pack to very high standards, using international wrapping materials, plenty bubble bag, polystyrene popcorn and secure special hard boxes so that they will arrive safe & sound. Packaging is free!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

First contact us via email explaining why you are not satisfied with the purchase before rushing into a wrong action towards us.

We are Square Trade members and are always open to mediation.

We will grant refunds when the item does not match description accurately or when the buyer found discrepancy of authority in case I guarantee authenticity (documented expert’s conclusion required for refund process).

We will not grant refunds when the buyer has changed their mind or just want to return item without any reason mentioned on this refund policy or when the buyer has received negative opinion regarding item from incompetent source.

We cannot provide refunds for merchandise we have not received.

Please make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it. Further, in the event that an item is returned in damaged condition the refunds will not be available.

No refunds are allowed after 30 days.

All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
