IT DOES INCLUDE THE CHECKBOOK COVER.THIS WALLET IS  AUTHENTIC DOONEY AND BOURKE. IT IS NAVY BLUE WITH BROWN TRIM. MEASURES 7 INCHES LONG, AND 4INCHES TALL.GOOD LUCK!
