Highest-quality, pure isolate of soy proteins supplemented by metabolic activators (choline, inositol and L-carnitine), vitamins and minerals, ensuring the normal course of metabolic processes during physical activity and after protein consumption. Soy protein isolates are characterised by a very high nutritional value and health promoting activity. These features make them considered highly effective sources of food proteins for active persons and vegetarians. The product is designed for people with increased protein requirements, particularly vegetarians and persons intolerant to animal proteins, leading an active life, and athletes.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 1-3 portions daily as a regenerating and nutritional drink, at any time, particularly before and after a workout. Method of preparation: Pour ca. 200-250 cm3 (ca. 1 glass) of boiled and cooled milk or water over 35 g of powder (ca.7-8 flat tablespoonfuls) and stir thoroughly.
Excellent effects are obtained if a blender is used.
