This is an OLYMPIA, by Luggage AmericaMessenger Bag that can be used to hold a Laptop or Notebook Computer. It is the BUSINESS CASE style number BC-310. 

It has an expansion feature that allows the case to offer 20% more packing capacity.
 
This quality case is made of black rip-stop fabric. There are two snap lock clasps on the front flap that hold the bag securely closed.  This case can be carried by the single handle on the top or the detachable, adjustable shoulder strap.
 
There is an outside zipper section on the front of the case. There is open pocket under the flap for papers and such.
 
 The first zippered compartment contains pockets and storage sections for pens, cards, and various other small items. There is also a divided section for folders and papers that is held together with a velcro strap.

The main inside or center compartment of the case is lined with smooth nylon. There is a zippered mesh pocket and two small slip pockets in this section.

The back zippered compartment is heavily padded to hold a laptop or notebook computer. It has a velcro strap to the computer securely in place.
 
The outside back of the case has an zippered pocket along the length of it.
 
The zipper pulls have the OLYMPIA logo embossed on them.  The OLYMPIA name logo is on the front of the case.
 
  The outside of the case measures approximately 13 inches in height, 16 inches across, and the width is 7 inches across the bottom that can be expanded to 9 inches when the expansion section is unzipped.
 
This excellent quality messenger or shoulder bag is brand new with the tag still attached.
