General Electric Model 7H140 'Delegate' Clock

The post-war 'Delegate' has a golden Mahogany case with brass bezel. The dial has a light cream background with tobacco brown numerals. A decorative dado has been cut around all sides for accent.

This Delegate is one of the finest looking ones we've had. The dial, bezel, movement, and case are all in excellent condition with only minor nicks in the case. So if you've been looking for that 'special' clock, this is it. Look at the features we offer:

The clock was fully disassembled. Rotor and coil removed, movement sonic cleaned and lubricated.
Rotor was cleaned and oiled then bench tested for 4 days. It runs quiet and accurate.
Original convex glass removed and cleaned.
Power Cord tested and cleaned.
Original dial was cleaned and the hands were cleaned and clear coated. Both are in excellent condition.
Brass bezel has been cleaned, machine buffed, hand polished and lacquered.
Original Mahogany case was cleaned of embedded dirt and old wax. Afterwards, it was hand-rubbed over a 3-day period to the luster you see pictured. Look at the beautiful graining on the top and the diagonal front panels. There is little damage to this case, and no repairs were made.
No polyurethane, spray varnish, wax or any other artificial product ever touched this wood.
