All auction items are sold with no reserve, “Buy It Now” or Make an Offer. We will not end an auction early for any reason, please doesn’t ask. We don’t play games or have gimmicks; everything sells to the highest bidder or best offer PERIOD. Check our E-bay and buyers comments.
You are buying New and Used Marine Parts and Accessories keep that in mind when you place your bid, make an offer or buy it now. To assure that used parts and accessories are in working condition we test them when we get them in and in most cases are in working condition, if they are not in working condition we will disclose that in the ad. If we missed something or it is not working when you get it and it was not disclosed in the ad we offer a 3 day return policy. With all of our new merchandise including close outs there will be a manufacture warranty, you will need to keep your e-bay receipt and original box and work directly with the manufactures. In some cases where our help is needed Boatarama will assist with your returns.
SCAMS
We do not send second chance offers nor will we sell outside of E-bay while listed. Please watch out for people E-mailing you looking asking for money. If an item is not paid we will relist it for sale and give negative feedback to the buyer

PAYMENT
We accept certified fund, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Pay Pal or Credit Card payments. We do not accept CC or Pay Pal payments for merchandise over $500 . Full payment is due within 7 days. If we do not receive payment and you have not contacted we will relist the item
SHIPPING
The winner of the auction or an accepted offer or BIN items is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. While others pad shipping costs using the payment calculator on e-bay to hide big handling fees, we do not. You will pay actual shipping costs plus a $5 handling fee on all items up to $200, on an items costing more then $200 you will pay actual shipping plus $8 handling. Handling fees cover; the cost of the box, the cost to pull and wrap the product and the cost to drive the product either to the post office or UPS store. We ship either UPS or USPS. Our shipping day is Thursday and/or Friday, if you have special shipping needs, please let us know and other arrangements can be made.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 3 day return policy on all of our used parts and accessories, if when you receive the part, the part is not as described in the ad we will give you a full refund of the part. If you misordered a part we will give you up to 7 days to notify us and we will take the part back and give you a store credit for the amount that you paid for the item, less all E-bay fees. We do not charge re-stocking fees
