This is an incredibly rare ONE-OF-A-KIND fancy collector’s cue
made by Mr. Paul Drexler (PFD Studio).
This is a work of art!!!
The main wood is purple-heart wood. The wrap is burgundy leather. Everything white including joint and butt cap is ivory. There are lots of ivories on this cue. (see the pictures). It has very intricate ring works with sterling silver, especially on the forearm. There are very fancy ivory & patterned silver decor rings. I will let the pictures do the talking.
This cue is a ONE-OF-A-KIND!!! (See the picture). It was built in June, 1998. I own the original! I bought it in Brand New condition from Mr. Paul Drexler himself. Paul told me that he used the design on this cue as the prototype for his 15th anniversary cues.
Since I bought the cue in August 2005 it has been one of my playing cues. Today this cue is used but still in excellent condition. It provides a very solid hit to the cue ball. There are some very minor dings on the forearm and the butt sleeve, and there are also 5 small clips on the butt cap. I can ensure you all those are normal wear throughout long hours of practice. I am a gentleman player and I have never ever abused any of my cues. I am a non-smoker. And I spent 95% of my free time practicing straight-pool all by myself.
When I first bought the cue it came with two Predator 314 shafts. Later when the new Predator 314-2 came out, I sold those 314 shafts to my friends and bought a new matching 314-2 shaft online from Seyberts. So now it only has one shaft. This shaft is 30 inches long; the tip size was trimmed down from 12.75mm to 12.5mm at Seyberts at my request. And a Tiger Sniper cue tip was installed at the same time.
Overall this cue now is 59 inches long. The shaft weight is 4.1oz and the butt weight is 15.1oz. So the total weight is 19.2oz and it has a perfectly forwarded balance point.
It’s a super-fancy playing cue as well as a wonderful collector item!!!
Since it's a super rare one-of-a-kind cue, if you like it, you have to hurry up before someone else gets it!!!
