One Troy Ounce of Sterling Silver Casting Beads or Grains For Jewelry Making!

Here is one troy ounce of Sterling Silver casting beads or grains for jewelry making.  These grains are traditionally heated to their melting point, then the melted silver is poured into the jewelry mold.  When cool, the mold is removed and the jewelry item is smoothed and finished. 

My grandfather used to make a lot of silver jewelry, and when he died, I inherited these silver grains.  I guess  I will sell it all off in one and five ounce bags, here on Ebay. 

Guarantee?  YES!!  I absolutely guarantee that these grains are 100% Sterling Silver!!  They are solid silver, not hollow, and not of a uniform size or shape, which is normal for casting grains. 

What you get will be similar to the photos.  It will be a little OVER one troy ounce, to account for the weight of the bag.  BTW, TROY ounces are not the same as the ounces we normally use.  Troy ounces are a unit of weight commonly used for weighing precious metals.  There are only 12 troy ounces in a pound, not 16 like we are accoustomed to.  Therefore, a troy ounce is HEAVIER than a common ounce.  In the second photo, my little scale is set to troy ounces.
