To return products, customers must notify GNS within 3 days of delivery. Returns are eligible if the product is materially different. Stone is a product of nature and large variation in color and veining may exist. Slate and other tiles tend to have 5% or more breakage. We encourage purchase of samples prior to placing orders. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight. Returned good must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and ready for pickup.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
