SHIPPING I only ship once a week on Mondays so if you pay on Monday and I have already shipped that day you will need to wait an additional week until I ship again. I pack all my parcels very well so I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the mail. To qualify for a refund item must be returned undamaged. I do not give refunds for items damaged or lost in the mail. I will give refunds for items that are grossly misrepresented.
