This is a OOAK Velma Court Room Doll Repaint by artist Pepstar. She's been in my personal collection and I am having to downsize. The alterations I have made are as follows: She has received a makeover, her hair has been restyled and she has a tattoo on her upper arm. She has the Tonner articulated body, which is in excellent condition, with no stains. The outfit & jewelry shown are not included in the auction. The doll is from a non-smoking household. She will be shipped in her original Tonner box complete with stand. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding. Thanks!
