OPERATION FLASHPOINT, the tactical military combat simulation, offers one of the most complex war game experiences ever. Unprecedented freedom of action integrates squad command, piloting of any vehicle and strategic decision-making, to totally immersive effect.

It's 1985, and Gorbachev has just risen to power. While he's busy pursuing glasnost and perestroika, as well as charming the world with his birthmark, other Soviets are getting irked at the new regime. Naturally, they take over a small island and turn it into an armed fortress. That's where you come in, G.I. Player One; it seems our President (that would be Reagan, for those with a historical bent) isn't too fond of armed fortresses. A tactical shooter, OPERATION FLASHPOINT also allows you to operate a variety of land, sea and air vehicles, and scavenge weapons off dead enemy soldiers, all while saving the free world. The game can be played from a third- or first-person perspective.

We have shop-tested a large number and found them all to be perfectly playable (otherwise we wouldn't offer them for sale). We will cherry-pick through them to find the cleanest disc for your purchase and enclose it in a CD-sleeve for shipping. We will also offer replacement guarantee if your particular disc turns out to be a dud (though, as I said, we have yet to find even one!).  You'll also receive a CD-key that will work.
