This small pot features incised ventilation holes to allow for better air flow, easy misting and allowing the roots to grow through to the outer side of the planter makes a beautiful display. The interior of the planter was left unglazed to allow the pot to hold a bit of moisture thus recreating a natural humidity that orchids love.
Hand painted (glazed) in a black and white striped swirl but unfortuately the photos do not show the beauty of this color so you'll just have to trust me when I say it's gorgeous.
This pot measures 7" across, 3" tall and the planting opening is approx. 4" X 5" making it suitable for small to medium plants. And can also be used for other soil-less plants such as air plants and certain species of fern.
