Photos have been adjusted on a conventional CRT. Pearl Organza Fabric - Green-Red Type of Fabric: Pearl Organza. This is a very sheer fabric. 100% nylon. "Pearl" or shimmery sheer finish. The selveges are very tightly woven and look almost like ribbon. They can be used "as is" without additional finishing. Color: Medium Green Iridescing to Deep Red. When I ordered this fabric, I thought it was just a medium green from the swatch but then when I opened the rolls, it is green but as the light hits it, it switches to red. Very pretty and unusual. The vertical threads are green and form a pretty green satin-ribbon like edge. The horizontal threads are red and cause the fabric to "show" red as it moves in the light. Green is the predominant color but you definitely "see red". The crayons are Crayola's "Yellow Green" and "Wild Strawberry". Fabric Care: Dry cleaning recommended. Width: 59" wide including 1/2" wide selveges on either side (selveges are the ribbon-like edge). Hand: Lovely fabric to work with - drapes beautifully. Uses: Perfect for sheer curtain panels, scarf valances, bed canopies, table toperstoppersany other treatments. Very pretty, fine fabric. Finishing: Because the selveges (the long edges on either side of the fabric) are tightly woven and resemble ribbon, many customers leave them "as is".
