This listing is for a lovely Orient & Flume blue iridescent Art Glass vase measuring 5 5/8" high with a 2 1/2" base diameter and is signed "Orient & Flume - G G Z".  It has a vivid blue iridescence with purple and green highlights.  This pretty Art Glass vase also has its original Orient & Flume paper label and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.

The Orient & Flume name was derived from the factory's original location between Orient St. and Flume St. in Chico, CA.  Their original business was located in a carriage house converted to an art glass studio in 1972, however, in 1973 they moved to a larger location at their present site.  Orient & Flume creations are exhibited in the Metropolitan and Smithsonian Museums, the Chicago Art Institute and the Chrysler and Corning Museums.
