Original "1965" Wham-O Super Balls ( Superballs )
These Original "1965" Wham-0 ® Super Balls ® are available only as a set and only through eBay ® auction HERE.
This set includes 6 (six) "1965 logo-bearing" Original Wham-O ® Super Balls ® produced by the
Fullerton Manufacturing Company, Fullerton, CA (USA) for Wham-0 ® in (or prior to) December 1968,
and consists of the following:
(1) 1 15/16" (Large) Blue Ball
(1) 1 15/16" (Large) Red Ball
(1) 1 15/16" (Large) Multicolor Ball
(1) 1 1/8" (Medium) Multicolor Ball
(1) .780" (Mini) Blue Ball
(1) .780" (Mini) Red Ball
All Original "1965" Wham-O ® Super Balls ® are sold "loose" (as they never made it to "packaging"),
are unused as they have never been "bounced" (guaranteed), and most still bear some or all of their
original factory mold release (an "almost permanent" 40 year old milky-white coating that generally
"covers" the balls to varying degrees - - especially noticeable on the blue and red balls)..
All are in "new" condition although it should be noted that no Original "1965" Wham-O Super Ball ® is perfect.
They were, of course, not "made" as collectibles, to sit on a shelf (although they do display rather nicely),
and rubber molding technology and materials have certainly come a long way since*. They should be
considered like a fine leather (see holster:) ... imperfections give them their character - - little "spots,"
slight color variations, and the tiniest of nooks and crannies are not uncommon.
*That said, these old "Made in the USA" Balls (1 15/16") still bounce better than even the newest 1996 Wham-O ®
"Made In China" balls (new testing just confirmed) and the 65's are significantly larger in diameter than
the new ones (only 1 3/16"). Over the years years I've had many a Super Ball ® aficionado tell me that,
in-fact, "Super Ball ® size does matter."
Finally, a special note regarding the smallest (.780") in the set:
Balls of this size are no longer legally manufactured nor legally
imported here in the U.S. as they pose a serious choking hazard.
These are sold as "collectibles" only, and should not be considered a "toy."
They must absolutely be kept out of the hands (and mouths) of children!

Thank you and good luck!
Picture note: As always the case with these sets, the below picture is "representative" only.
Actual ball appearance will vary somewhat in the case of the solids, and significantly
in the case of the multi-colored balls as every one is unique.
