I was surprised to hear Elmo still laughing -- the batteries are still good!! One tear at the top edge of the box 1" long -- otherwise, this is a mint in the box Elmo. Smoke free home!!! I include insurance in my s/h fees -- I try hard to estimate my handling for .75 cents non-breakables and $1.00 for breakables
