THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 90 minute tour of the The Radisson resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $400!
TO QUALIFY: You must be a U.S. or Canadian resident between the ages of Age 28 & 70, be married or cohabiting (sorry no singles or students), speak fluent English or Spanish (both parties in the couple), carry a valid credit or debit card, have photo IDs with matching addresses (faxed copies may be required), and earn a minimum combined income come of $50,000 U.S.D. per year. You cannot have toured this resort property within the last twelve (12) months. You and your spouse/partner are obligated to travel together and attend a fun and informative 90 minute tour of the hosting resort as a couple. This promotion is not valid for residents of Quebec or Florida residents in the counties of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Polk, or Brevard. This travel package is not good for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate carsontravel promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. This vacation package requires a credit card be on file with our office regardless of how you pay. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within three (3) full business days of your arrival date, your card will be charged accordingly. No Pets.

We give it our all to make sure you have a great vacation, from our reservation service through arrival.
**ATTENTION BIDDERS! This offer is not valid for Florida residents in the counties of Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lake, Seminole, Volusia and Brevard or for any other Florida residents within 50 miles of Kissimmee, FL
Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Exceptions can be made and your travel dates can be extended. You will receive your Guest Travel Confirmation containing our fast booking information and or payment information within 24 hours of your winning bid via e-mail so be SURE your address is correct so we can contact you! If you have not received your travel confirmation from us within that time, please email us at askus@carsontravel.net. You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $10 per night (not per person) depending on the season and all items of a personal nature.
Our Policies
Reservations
Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation
Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing.
Refunds
If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
Multiple Purchases
If you are thinking about combining packages or buying multiple packages, please call or email us before purchasing as most locations do not allow this.
