THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 90 minute tour of the hosting resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $800!
TO QUALIFY: You must be at least 25 years old and make a minimum of $45,000 per year (cohabitating or married combined,) and carry a major credit or debit card. Sorry, no singles. Married and cohabitating couples must be traveling together. This travel package is not good for groups. Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. It is important you check availability with us before purchasing to know if your travel dates are currently available. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within three (3) days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. You will receive your Guest Travel Certificate containing our fast reservations instrautions and or payment information within 24 hours of your winning bid via e-mail so be SURE your address is correct so we can contact you! Fast reservations instructions will also be provided to you within your winning bid email notice from eBay. You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $10 per night (not per person) depending on the season and all items of a personal nature.
*Notice* Due to the actions of dishonest guests, all vacation packages require a credit/debit card be on file with our office regardless of the method of payment used at the time of purchase. If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel, fail to show up on your arrival date, or fail to adhere to the changes/cancellation policy, then your card will be charged accordingly. Our Promise to our Customers: After the auction purchase, you become our 'Guest'. We strive to ensure our guests a pleasant transaction, easy reservations and do everything within our power to achieve that goal. Our years of experience guarantee you reliable top knotch customer service with a personal touch. We give it our all to make sure you have a great vacation, from our reservation service through arrival. We are so confident in ourselves, that if we can't fulfill 2 of your reservation travel dates (7 days apart), we will gladly refund your money! Nobody can offer you that!
Our Policies
Reservations
Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call 1-800-539-1291. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation
If you are traveling between January 1st and April 30th or June 1st and July 31st, we must have no less than 15 days written or emailed notice from your arrival date of any cancellations or changes. Reschedules and cancellations during any other travel dates must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. We will reschedule your trip one time at no cost. Each additional reschedule will be subject to a $10 reschedule fee.
Refunds
We always request and require 2 travel dates. If by chance both dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
Multiple Purchases
If you are considering buying multiple packages, please call 1-800-539-1291 before purchasing and speak with us as some packages cannot be used in combination with other packages.
By bidding on this auction, you are entering a legal and binding contact. Please be certain you have read and understand the terms and qualifications stated above.
