The box has a Target price tag - I guess I got it there.  It is still wrapped in the plastic seal it had upon purchase, tho, that has a couple of rips, but I would consider this sealed totally.  Cover shows 4 each of Santas and 4 each of teddys - all have a hole at the top to hang from with yarn, etc.  Since this has been around for a few years, I cannot guarantee the paints are still okay.  But I usually find the paint provided is insufficient and use my own, too.  And that is why the start price is cheap!  Sorry, doesn't say how big the ornaments are.
