EMBROIDERED GOLD THREAD LETTERS SPELL "AL CHYMIA" IT HAS THE LONG BLACK TASSEL. THERE IS NO LEATHER HEADBAND. NEEDS TO BE DUSTED OFF OR CLEANED IF YOU ARE PICKY. IT IS JUST DUSTY WAS IN ATTIC. NO SMELLS NOTED. SORRY I DO NOT KNOW MORE ABOUT IT. IT MEASURES APPROX. 22 INCHES CIRCUMFERENCE.
