PAYMENT

Payment is due upon winning an auction or completion of a Buy It Now transaction, and unpaid item reports are automatically filed if payment hasn't been received within seven days.
We accept PayPal as well as personal checks, bank checks and money orders.
For personal checks and money orders, shipment may be held up to 10 days for funds clearance. A $30 fee applies for checks returned unpaid.
Please review your bid and this contract carefully as cancellation requests are not accepted.

SHIPPING

• Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of cleared payment, but please note an exact ship date isn't guaranteed.
• Shipping options and charges to all available destinations are provided by entering your ZIP or postal code in the shipping calculator included in this listing.
• All shipments include online tracking and coverage against loss or damage in transit.
• A $10 service charge/restocking fee will apply if a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an undeliverable address, and additional postage may be required for re-delivery.
• Orders for two items within seven days can be combined to save on shipping.
• The free shipping offer for three or more items applies only to in-stock merchandise (not special orders) purchased within a seven-day window and is for standard shipping within the continental U.S.
• Some items ship for free with no additional purchase required. When applicable, this offer will be stated near the top of the item description.
• All orders with free shipping will be sent by our choice of carrier. If you require a specific carrier or service option, the calculated shipping charges will apply.
• The checkout system will automatically apply any applicable shipping discount, but you must wait and submit a single payment for all qualifying purchases. If you pay for each item separately, the discount won't be applied.
• Some items are excluded from any shipping discounts, which will be clearly stated in the description.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

• Shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, and/or customs brokerage fees. Customs documents for orders shipped outside the United States will show the actual price paid for each item, less shipping charges, and the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs brokerage fees. It's illegal to state a lower price than was actually paid or label a sold item as a gift to avoid these charges, and buyers who request that sellers do so are in violation of the eBay User Agreement. Such requests will be forwarded to eBay for compliance review and can result in a warning or account suspension for repeat offenses.

CLAIMS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Claims regarding damage or defects must be made within 5 days of receipt and you must retain the shipping box and all packaging material for claims processing.
• In the rare case of loss or damage, the carrier will investigate and their decision is considered final.
• For issues covered by a manufacturer's warranty, you should contact them directly for service.
• Returns are accepted for a refund of the winning bid or Buy It Now price within 30 days of close date. Shrink-wrapped items such as DVDs or software can't be returned if opened. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and insured shipping for returns is the buyer's responsibility.
• Before sending your return, you must request a return authorization (RA) number to be included with your shipment. Complete return instructions will be included with the authorization. The item must be received in original condition with all original packaging and components. Refunds are usually processed in 3-5 business days. Returns arriving without an RA number, not in original condition, with components missing and/or after 30 days may be refused and returned to sender.
• All refunds are issued through PayPal. If you paid by check or money order and require a paper check, a $5.00 service charge will be deducted from your refund.
• If you received free shipping on your order, the amount of the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

COLOR ACCURACY, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY and FEEDBACK

• Because computer monitors can vary greatly in how they display color, exact matches with posted photos aren't guaranteed.
• Even with computer tracking, maintaining a 100% accurate count of our large inventory is a significant challenge. In rare instances, an item may prove to be unavailable due to a data-entry error, software glitch, discovery of unexpected damage, etc. Should this occur, you will be issued a full refund of all charges and offered free standard domestic shipping (not oversize or expedited) on your next purchase (within 30 days). Your patience and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
• Due to the large volume of orders we process, feedback is handled through an automated system which will quickly reciprocate with a positive comment when you post a positive rating.
