Original ACEO Painting Title: "Sunset Palm 'n' Dolphin" Size: 4 X 6 inches Medium: Watercolor and Archival Ink This is an OSWOA (Original Small Work of Art) - it is 4'' x 6" and was painted on acid free 140# watercolor paper in artist quality watercolors and archival inks. This original painting is initialed on the front and titled, dated and signed by the artist, Colleen K Carrigan, on the back. The art will be placed in plastic and shipped between card board to protect it.
About the Artist: As a naturalist/artist, I have devoted many years to animal behavior studies and nature observations. My paintings include: realistic representations of flora, fauna, seascapes, landscapes and fantasy renderings. My subjects range across nature. I create each miniature - hand cut the watercolor paper, free hand draw the image then ink and paint it and I handle all the packaging/shipping. So this is truly a 'hand made' product. The art cards take several hours for me to complete - I am interested in producing a 'Quality Product' - therefore I may only have a few originals in my gallery at a time. Also, because of the 'naturalist' in me, I do travel and create artwork on location so my gallery may be on 'standby' until I return with new images.

"Sunset Palm and Dolphin" I thoroughly enjoyed creating an ACEO of this dolphin splashing in a tropical sunset. So for this 4x6 (inch) painting I recreated the scene adding a palm tree. The warm colors blend and glow in the sky and water.
Postage is $2.00 USPS - United States. Insurance is an additional $1.65 and is recommended. International postage is $3.00 US. U.S. and International Payment is accepted by Paypal. As monitor color settings do vary - artwork may appear slightly different from photo. If you are the winning bidder of this art - please contact me within 5 days from end of auction.
