De Lorean / Back To The Future 1 1985 License Plate Prop Replica with Registration Stickers   (the plate you receive will not have the bttfstuff.com across the front of it, that is only there for image protection)  You will notice that there are no holes in my plate, that's because when it is mounted in a Delorean plate frame you don't use the holes since it slides in from the bottom. However, there are mounting holes but they are covered up. So if you want to mount in on the front or on another car you can do so. Also, I designed the graphics in such a way that none of the numbers or letters are covered up by the frame. Most other replica plates that have been made by amateur prop builders over look this detail. This plate was made to be actually mounted to a DeLorean for outdoor use. It is laminated with a durable clear 3-M material and mounted to an accurate license plate blank so you can actually mount it to your car. It is as closely accurate to the real thing as anything that could possibly be made. This is tough enough to be used on a real car outside. Any Universal Studios prop master would be proud to use this plate on a BTTF car.    Regulation license plate size of 12" x 6". There are mounting holes under the plastic. It is up to you to poke the bolts through for mounting, however if you are mounting this on a DeLorean, the plate frame does not use these holes and will allow you to slide the plate in the frame.  If you are a huge Back To The Future fan, or if you have a Delorean car this would look great on it! This is an accurate reproduction of the license plate seen on the back of the Delorean time machine in both BTTF 1. It is made from a high quality $20,000 thermal printing machine onto durable vinyl with a sharp, bright color and then mounted to a real metal aluminum plate, just like the one in the movie! (Letters are not raised, just like the real prop) Although a real California 1986 registration sticker is orange, the one used on screen is seen as yellow so that is what we have recreated for you. The "AUG" and "86" stickers are separate stickers applied to the plate for a more accurate look. These are durable and waterproof. Good enough to mount on a real car for outdoor use.  It is as closely accurate to the real thing as anything that could possibly be made.  Please note: This is not an actual prop from the movie, was never used on screen.
