You are buying a heat exchanger.  The measurements of the coil are 18X20INCH.   inch x 18 to 24 inch plenum.   This will have a 149,000 btu and can be used to heat a large home.  THIS IS SOMEWHAT UNIVERSAL SO CALL W/ QUESTIONS.   . This is a quality unit with aluminum fins and a copper inner tube. It has a 3 row pass system for better efficiency and longer life.
