You know what you are getting here.

Outdoor World membership.

Camp (full hookup) or rent cabins at any of their 15 resorts in FL, IL, NC, VA, NJ, PA, MA or ME up to 14 nights consecutively with no nightly camping fee. You may go from park to park year-round (weather permitting). You may visit Outdoor World at www.thousandtrails.com.

The annual dues are only $532.57 and allow you to camp for free or rent park models or trailers at their resorts.  The dues will be paid to October 1, 2009 (there will be one quarter left to pay until 3-1-10).  The $424.75 transfer fee, to be PAID by BUYER. This membership has UNLIMITED transferability. You may sell, will or transfer it and it may go on and on.

The Master memberships are no longer for sale from Outdoor World. The only way to get one is by buying one from a current member. You can visit Outdoor World at www.thousandtrails.com.  Scroll down to Search by Group and click on Outdoor World You may also call me at 1-877-284-3944-Dan

Seller's payment instructions
Once payment (all money is held in an account until the paperwork is completed), name, address, phone number are recieved, Outdoor World will be notified and the papers will be sent to the seller for signature. The seller will express the papers to you, you sign them and send them to Outdoor World, Attn: Member Services. I will include a fully addressed envelope to the Outdoor World Office. The process should take four to six weeks.
