All Lithium Polymer Batteries we carry are only for remote control - RC use. It may not be suitable for any other applications. Battery handling, charging and discharging all have the potential for serious injury to persons and damage to property. Lithium Polymer Batteries can catch on fire. Lithium batteries should NOT be left unattended while being charged as THEY CAN CATCH ON FIRE. Proper precautions should be taken before charging Lithium batteries such as having a fire extinguisher ready and placing the batteries in a fire safe container. RADIO CONTROLED HELICOPTERS AND ALL PRODUCTS RELATED TO THEM ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE. Shipping Policy

Item will be shipped out within 1-3 days unless otherwise noted.

We will ship to unconfirmed adresses but remember that we are not responsible for any los If you haven?t confirmed your address it is a very easy process through paypal. Take the 5 minutes it takes and get your address confirmed.Your item will not come with a tracking number unless it is USPS Priotity and Global Express Mail.

We have a delivery confirmation # on file so if your item is not delivered we can find out what happened. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive your product through USPS Priority mail though typically it takes 2-5 days.

Sales and Returns Policies

We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of the item received.

Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be received from the customer with our RMA before we further process and ship out any replacement.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out a replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email or call us. Thank You.
