We liquidate a lot of commercial, industrial and professional-related equipment. Everything gets tested to the best of our abilities. Generally, the item pictured is the item that’s actually going to end up in your hands. We don’t normally use ‘model’ photos or anything like that. And, as listed in our listings, any given sale will include “all/only items pictured”.
UNLESS marked 'as-is', this item will include a ‘non-DOA’ (dead/non-operable on delivery) warranty. If you get it, hook it up and run into any problems, we will back up the sale. However, we do not generally warranty anything past that. If you need anything beyond the non-DOA, let me know and maybe we can work something out.
If you were to happen to run into a problem, we back up all sales. Since we rarely run into issues with our equipment, I usually just handle problems on an issue-to-issue basis. We always work with our customers to take care of exchanges, repairs, returns, etc.
