This is a chrome color postcard showing the Oak Terrace Addition (built 1960), Hotel Fredonia, Nacogdoches, Texas. Postally unused. Shows very minor wear to edges and corners. Any wavy yellow lines are from the scanner and not on the card itself. Although I now live in Pennsylvania, I maintain an antiques business in California. Therefore, CA RESIDENTS MUST PAY SALES TAX or provide complete resale certificate information. US buyer to pay 1.70 S/H. Any required customs forms will be filled out accurately.
