Your purchase is Guaranteed Authentic and will come with all the paperwork you would expect if purchased from a department store unless otherwise stated in the listing.
For peace of mind and security your new purchase will be sent to you by Fully Insured registered mail. Tracking numbers will be supplied upon request.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.
We can accept credit and debit card payments over the telephone between 9am and 5pm Mon - Sat, but do try at weekends too, if we're in we'll gladly take your order. We use Protx as for secure on-line payment processing.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched within 24 hours.
All our items are sent by Royal Mail Registered, Special Delivery or International Signed For Air Mail.
Despatch
All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.
Deliveries
UK 
Most of my items are sent recorded delivery, even so, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. You are welcome to contact us for a tracking reference number.
We are shipping by Special Delivery more and more, for peace of mind and security this is the best option and you will receive your item within 24 hours.  
 
Europe 
All items sent by secure International Signed For Airmail. Allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
USA & Canada
All items sent by secure International Signed For Airmail. Allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
Australia and Far East
All items sent by secure International Signed For Airmail. Allow 12-14 working days for delivery.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us using a secure signed for service. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
