Occupied Japan Castil Pink Blue Floral Teacup & Saucer

You are bidding on a china teacup and saucer made in Occupied Japan by Castil China.  The teacup and saucer feature pink, blue and yellow florals on white china; the set is rimmed in gold. The teacup measures 2 1/8" high and 4" across the rim; the saucer is 5 1/4" in diameter.  There is a little wear to the gold rim as shown in the picture.

The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or discoloration.  Thanks for looking!

Payment is expected within 10 days of auction end or item will be relisted and a non-paying bidder action may be filed.

I prefer shipping USPS priority; if the item is light enough to ship first class mail, I will send 1st class.  For very heavy items, UPS ground may also be an option.  International bidders should email me regarding shipping costs; I will try to ship as economically as possible; however, international shipping is quite pricey--this is not within my control.  As a rule, I ship within 2 days of payment.

Insurance is included in my handling charges for domestic shipments.

I am delighted to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment to save costs; exact discount will depend on total package weight.  If I discover I have overcharged, I will refund a portion of postage costs.  As indicated below, I may have a small handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials. 

I will refund your bid price and return postage to me if the item is significantly misrepresented; please contact me to work out return details or other options.  Under NO circumstances will I refund initial shipping and handling costs.   Most of my items are vintage or estate finds, unless otherwise noted.

If you bid in error, change your mind, or experience buyer's remorse, PLEASE let me know before it gets to the point of filing unpaid item claims; I find this very distasteful.  On the other hand, it is not fair to the seller to simply ignore your contract to buy.  Mutual respect and communication is key!!
